Dogmath respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). The games on this Site are third-party works made accessible in the browser; we do not claim ownership of them.

Filing a takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to jason.jice@gmail.com that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) on www.dogmath.net where it appears, so we can locate it.
  4. Your contact information — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly, typically within a few business days. We may also remove content proactively at our discretion.

Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to jason.jice@gmail.com including your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
